Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Fundraising Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure financial support for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
3. Research and pursue grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
4. Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and activities.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and stakeholders.
6. Create engaging fundraising materials, proposals, and reports.
7. Monitor and report on fundraising progress and performance.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of fundraising experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
2. Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns.
3. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong research and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with fundraising software and technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Certification in Fundraising (e.g., CFRE).
3. Experience with donor management software.
4. Knowledge of philanthropic trends and best practices.
