Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Fundraising Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure financial support for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
  3. Research and pursue grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
  4. Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and activities.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and stakeholders.
  6. Create engaging fundraising materials, proposals, and reports.
  7. Monitor and report on fundraising progress and performance.

 

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of fundraising experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  2. Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns.

  4. Strong research and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Familiarity with fundraising software and technologies.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Certification in Fundraising (e.g., CFRE).
  3. Experience with donor management software.
  4. Knowledge of philanthropic trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain the Rescue Federation mobile app.
  2. Ensure smooth performance and a great user experience.
  3. Work with the team to add new features and updates.
  4. Troubleshoot bugs and optimize the app for better efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of app development experience.
  2. Proven experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin).
  3. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, Dart, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  4. Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.).
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  2. Certification in App Development.
  3. Internship-level experience in full stack app development.
  4. A portfolio of previously developed apps or contributions to open-source projects is a plus.
