Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Advance: 50% of the total amount is collected as an advance and is strictly non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

2. Client Cancellation within 24 Hours: If the client cancels the service within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, no refund will be issued.

3. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation: If the client cancels last minute, fails to show up, or the patient becomes unfit to fly (including in the event of death), 100% of the total amount will be charged, and no refund will be given.

4. Post-Departure Cancellation: If the flight has already departed from the base station (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad), no refund will be provided, regardless of reason.

5. Operational Cancellation by Rescue Federation: If the service is cancelled by Rescue Federation due to operational reasons, a full refund will be processed within 5 working days.

6. Baggage Policy: Only medium-sized luggage (max 26” height × 18” width) is allowed onboard. Excess baggage may be denied.

7. Jurisdiction: All bookings are subject to Indian law. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of Aurangabad,Maharashtra.

8. BLS Course Refund Policy: Once the registration is completed and payment is made for the BLS/CPR training course, the fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance, rescheduling, or withdrawal by the participant. However, in case the course is cancelled by Rescue Federation, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
