Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Research and pursue grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and stakeholders.
- Create engaging fundraising materials, proposals, and reports.
- Monitor and report on fundraising progress and performance.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of fundraising experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with fundraising software and technologies.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Certification in Fundraising (e.g., CFRE).
- Experience with donor management software.
- Knowledge of philanthropic trends and best practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain the Rescue Federation mobile app.
- Ensure smooth performance and a great user experience.
- Work with the team to add new features and updates.
- Troubleshoot bugs and optimize the app for better efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of app development experience.
- Proven experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, Dart, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Certification in App Development.
- Internship-level experience in full stack app development.
- A portfolio of previously developed apps or contributions to open-source projects is a plus.
